Di tahun 2012, ketenarannya mulai terlihat karena cukup banyak bisnis yang mengadopsi konsep ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal itu ditunjang oleh <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/resources\/tool\/inbound-marketing-strategy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">inbound marketing tools<\/a><\/em> dan <a href=\"https:\/\/academy.hubspot.com\/courses\/inbound-marketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Inbound Marketing Certification Hubspot<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketo.com\/inbound-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Marketo<\/a> mencoba memberikan definisi sederhana dari <em>inbound marketing<\/em>. Jadi, pada prinsipnya, strategi ini membantu dan mendorong target audiens untuk bisa menemukan suatu bisnis dengan mudah.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategi ini akan menempatkan pelanggan di \u201ckursi kemudi\u201d, jadi mereka memiliki keleluasaan untuk memilih. Dengan kata lain, strategi yang memperoleh dan mempertahankan pelanggan akan jadi \u201ckekuatan\u201d untuk menggerakan <em>flywheel<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supaya momentumnya terus meningkat, \u201cgesekan\u201d yang memperlambat <em>flywheel<\/em> harus Anda minimalisir.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada model ini, tahap \u201cDelight\u201d tidak lagi berada di akhir.
